We’re available 7 days a week. Check-in is between 2pm and 8pm. For late arrivals (after 8pm) please contact us in advance so we can arrange access. Check-out is 10am.

Yes — always. When you book directly through our website you get our best rate, which is lower than the price on any third-party platform. You also get direct contact with Chris from the moment you book.
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. After this point the full cost of the stay will be charged to the card provided at booking. If you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible.
Your card is charged approximately one month before your arrival date. Please make sure your card details are up to date — bookings may be cancelled if payment cannot be taken.
The Cloisters has on-site parking included in your stay — there is a private gated car park within the complex. Charles Street South does not have dedicated parking, but there is free on-street parking available nearby on evenings and weekends.
Yes — both properties are family friendly. We have a travel cot and high chair available at both properties. Please let us know in advance if you need these and we’ll make sure they’re ready for your arrival.

Charles Street South is a 2 minute walk from Belfast city centre, steps from the Europa Bus Station and Great Victoria Street train station. The Cloisters is in South Belfast near Queens University, about 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute taxi from the city centre.
Both properties are fully equipped with fresh bed linen, towels, tea, coffee and milk to get you started. There’s a welcome information pack with local tips, restaurant recommendations and everything you need to know about the property. Chris will meet you on arrival where possible.
